^{The Severn Leadership Group (SLG) seeks to develop and support an ever-increasing circle of leaders and followers who are committed to a life of selfless courage, boldness in service to others, and personal and professional standards of excellence.}

^{Mentors are experienced industry or military leaders carefully “paired” with specific Fellows in the Fellows Program. During the program, Mentors will meet with their Fellow between every large group session for at least 1.5 hours for the duration of the program. Fellows are encouraged to maintain their relationship with their Mentor after completion of the Fellows Program.}
